This year developer Visual Concepts is taking a new approach via its MyNBA2K17 mobile app.ĢK confirmed the console version does not include the PS Camera or Kinect support this year, so users who want to scan their face must download the My NBA2K17 mobile app, which releases on iOS and Android on September 8. The NBA 2K16 face-scanning technology was good for a few laughs, but didn't do a great job of capturing your likeness.
